End User License Agreement (EULA) for Co-broke

Welcome to Co-broke. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Co-broke ("We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your use of the Co-broke mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this EULA, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and policies. If you do not agree, you must cease all use of the Platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have read, understood, and accepted this EULA.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and our policies.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

2.1 No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We strictly prohibit the creation, posting, sharing, or transmission of any content that is:

  • Abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful

  • Discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic

  • Violent or inciting violence

  • False, misleading, or infringing on intellectual property rights

  • Promoting illegal activity or encouraging harm

We reserve the right to moderate or remove any such content without notice.

2.2 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or share through the Platform. This includes but is not limited to messages, posts, images, videos, links, and comments.

2.3 Filtering and Moderation

The Platform includes automated and manual filtering mechanisms to detect and prevent objectionable content. We actively monitor reports and use moderation tools to enforce compliance.

2.4 Reporting Inappropriate Content

Users may report objectionable content through in-app tools. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and appropriate action is taken, which may include:

  • Removing the content

  • Issuing warnings

  • Temporarily or permanently suspending accounts

  • Reporting to authorities if required by law

2.5 Blocking Abusive Users

Users can block others who behave abusively. This prevents further contact or interaction from the blocked user.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Provide Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and use.

3.2 Maintain Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.3 Respect Platform Rules

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for spamming, phishing, or fraudulent purposes

  • Circumvent security measures or attempt to access unauthorized areas

  • Use bots, scripts, or any automated systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Platform

4. Content Moderation Process

4.1 Review Timeline

All reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

4.2 Actions Taken

Content found to be in violation will be removed, and offending accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

5. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with this EULA.

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform

  • Resell or sublicense the Platform or its components

  • Use the Platform to build a competing product

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform if:

  • You violate any terms of this EULA

  • You engage in prohibited conduct

  • We are required to do so by law or court order

Termination may occur with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Co-broke shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Content posted by other users

8. Modifications to this EULA

We may modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA. The latest version will always be available on our website.
